Ali Lazik is a Buffalo-based painter and creator, receiving her BFA in 2018 from Buffalo State University. Lazik then shifted to immersive experience and installation work in conjunction to bold figurative paintings while studying at the University of Buffalo, where she then graduated with an MFA in Studio Art in 2024. After continuing to paint and working as a Drawing and Painting instructor at SUNY Fredonia, Ali has returned to her roots at Buffalo State University to teach Drawing in the Art & Design Department.
